Cleveland plated seven runs in a two-homer, bat-around fifth inning that gave the Indians a lead they never surrendered in a victory over the Blue Jays on Saturday afternoon at Rogers Centre. Catcher Roberto Perez got the scoring started with a solo homer, his second of the season. Three batters later, Michael Brantley hit a two-run go-ahead homer. Perez came up again and smacked a bases-clearing double to center field. Randal Grichuk homered twice for the Blue Jays, who had the potential tying run on base in the ninth.
